Women’s Center for Advancement
The Women's Center for Advancement (WCA) sought to revamp their annual fundraising event. Our team guided WCA’s leadership, board and event committee members through strategic discussions and name ideation. With the goal to establish a new event name and identity that could be carried through subsequent annual events, REMIX was established.
EVENT IDENTITY
As the WCA’s featured fundraiser, REMIX’s inaugural event was inspired by a 1920s theme. The marketing materials incorporated vintage era fonts and iconography that highlighted women who make up the primary demographic. E Creative helped lay the foundation for this yearly event, which has adopted different themes in subsequent years.
EVENT MARKETING MATERIALS
Developing the marketing materials for WCA's inaugural REMIX event involved a comprehensive suite of digital and print collateral designed to generate buzz, build anticipation and secure donor support. Key assets created for the event included a themed save-the-date and invitation package as well as a robust sponsorship packet to attract attendees and partners. Digital outreach was implemented through custom social media graphics, a dedicated webpage and a prominent home page web banner. Our work also included designing the REMIX event program, signage and animated PowerPoint template that the WCA Guild utilized to highlight sponsors and special event announcements.
WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
E Creative guided our organization through a thoughtful strategic process to rename and rebrand our annual fundraising event. We now have a flexible framework that allows us to incorporate new themes each year seamlessly which positioned us to elevate our flagship event that supports the survivors we work with every day.
