Threshold CoC
Threshold CoC is the HUD-designated lead organization for the Omaha-Council Bluffs area’s response to homelessness. The organization coordinates with a wide variety of government entities and NGOs dedicated to making homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring.
2024 ANNUAL REPORT
Threshold CoC’s 2024 Annual Report shares the story of a data-informed community coming together to end homelessness. This report guides readers through their Strategic Plan, provides a data-focused snapshot of the local state of homelessness and how the organization coordinates with the Continuum of Care. The theme - Moving Forward Together - asserts Threshold CoC’s role as the convener for all local efforts in response to homelessness. This report was designed in formats accessible for their city and county government stakeholders, that also serve as an impactful fund development tool for communicating with major donors.
